講演会「アートリンクの可能性〜インクルーシブの視点から文化をつくる〜」in 令和5年度高松障がい者アートリンク事業報告展覧会

高松市障がい者アートリンク事業10周年記念トークとして、大西 高松市長、ジュリアカセムさん、柴崎由美子さんにゲストとしてお越しいただき、10年のあゆみを振り返るとともにこれからの今、そしてこれからの10年を見据え、トーク、ディスカッションなどを交えお送りします。 お楽しみにご視聴ください。
ゲストパネリスト紹介:
●大西 秀人氏（高松市長） 1959年生まれ。東京大学法学部を卒業し自治省に入省。北九州市財政局資金課長、岐阜県総務課長・財政課長、国土庁阪神淡路大震災担当大臣特命室、北海道財政課長・地域振興室長、自治省税務局税務企画官、島根県総務部長、総務省自治財政局地域企業経営企画室長、同省情報通信政策局地域放送課長などを歴任。2007年の高松市長選に立候補して初当選し、第16代高松市長に就任。現在5期目。
●Julia Cassim. ジュリア・カセム氏 （九州大学・秋田公立美術大学客員教授） 1984年から1999年までジャパンタイムズ紙のアートコラムニスト； インクルーシブ・デザインの第一人者として、インクルーシブなスキルと知識を共有するための国際的なワークショップを数多く企画・運営しており、2010年には英国の「デザイン・ウィーク」誌の「デザイン界で最も影響力のある50人」に選出された。 2014年から2019年まで、京都工芸繊維大学のKYOTO DesignLab-デザインイノベーションのための分野横断的デザインセンター設立を担当する特任教授として、数々の先進的プロジェクトに携わる。そこでのプロジェクトは、レッドドット・デザイン賞やオランダ・デザイン賞など、数々の国際的な賞を受賞している。
●柴崎 由美子氏 （NPO法人エイブル・アート・ジャパン代表） 宮城県仙台市生まれ。NPO 法人エイブル・アート・ジャパン代表理事。 たんぽぽの家(奈良)での 15 年間の取り組みを経て現職。主な仕事に、たんぽぽの家アートセンターHANA設立(2002)、障がいのある人のアートを社会に発信し仕事につなげる「エイブルアート・カンパニー」設立(2007)ほか。現在は、障がい者の芸術文化活動支援事業の中間支援に従事し、宮城(2014 ~)、南東北・北関東広域(2021 ~)の支援センター、「みんなでミュージアム」（2021−）などを担当する。 大学非常勤講師、一般財団法人たんぽぽの家（奈良）評議員、日本NPOセンター（東京）評議員、仙台市文化芸術推進基本計画策定委員ほか。
●ファシリテータ: 田野 智子 （NPO法人ハートアートリンク代表理事） 愛媛県松山市生まれ。2006年9月より現職。 2004年度より「創造性と他者との関係性」をテーマに、障がい者とアーティストによるアートリンク・プロジェクトを展開しており、2007年からはフロリダ州セントピーターズバーグのNPOとArtlink展やフォーラムを共同開催し、交流事業を行なっている。 障がいの有無や年齢、分野を超えた人々の密接な交流から生まれる新しい価値を地域ごとの特色ある伝承文化との比較を視野に入れ展開している。2010年から3年おきに開催される瀬戸内国際芸術祭に合わせ「高松アートリンク」を開催し、2014年より高松市内の福祉事業所等へ継続的にアーティストを派遣する高松市障がい者アートリンク事業を行っている。 主催｜高松市（令和5年度 高松市障がい者アートリンク事業) 企画コーディネート｜NPO法人ハートアートリンク http://heartartlink.org

Lecture “The Potential of Artlink – Creating Culture from an Inclusive Perspective” in 2023 Takamatsu Artlink Project for Persons with Disabilities Report Exhibition Ms Julia Cassim & Ms Yumiko Shibasaki As a commemorative talk for the 10th anniversary of the Takamatsu City Art Link project for people with disabilities, Takamatsu City Mayor Ohnishi, Julia Cassim and Yumiko Shibasaki will be our guests, looking back on 10 years of history and looking ahead to the present and the next 10 years, with talks, discussions and more. Julia Cassim (Visiting Professor at Kyushu University and Akita Public Art University) From 1984 to 1999, she was an art columnist for the Japan Times; a leading authority on inclusive design, organising and running numerous international workshops for sharing inclusive skills and knowledge; in 2010, she was named one of the 50 most influential people in design by Design Week magazine in the UK. She was named one of the 50 most influential people in the world of design in 2010. From 2014 to 2019, he will be involved in a number of advanced projects as a specially appointed professor in charge of establishing the KYOTO DesignLab – a cross-disciplinary design centre for design innovation at Kyoto Institute of Technology. The projects there have received numerous international awards, including the Red Dot Design Award and the Dutch Design Award. ・Yumiko Shibasaki (Representative of NPO Able Art Japan) ・Hideto Onishi (Mayor of Takamatsu City) Facilitators. TANO Tomoko (Representative Director, NPO Heart Art Link) Born in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, Tano has been in her current position since September 2006. Since 2004, she has been developing the Artlink project with artists and people with disabilities under the theme of ‘Creativity and Relationships with Others’, and since 2007 has co-organised the Artlink exhibition and forum with an NPO in St Petersburg, Florida, as part of an exchange programme. Since 2010, Takamatsu Artlink has been held in conjunction with the Setouchi International Art Festival, which is held every three years, and since 2014, Artlink has been dispatching artists to welfare facilities in Takamatsu City. Since 2014, the city of Takamatsu has been running the Takamatsu Art Link project, in which artists are dispatched to welfare facilities in Takamatsu on an ongoing basis.
